FleetHub started because fleet owners were managing complex businesses in exercise books. We built the platform we wished existed — practical, local, and built to last.
Zimbabwe's transport sector moves millions of people every day. But behind that movement are fleet owners managing complicated operations — vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, documents, cash — mostly with paper records, phone calls, and spreadsheets.
FleetHub was built to change that. We started by talking to kombi owners, bus operators, and trucking companies across Harare, Bulawayo, and Mutare. We listened to the actual problems: not knowing which vehicle was making money, missing fitness certificate renewals, not catching fuel theft early, losing track of maintenance history.
The platform we built is a direct response to those conversations. Every feature exists because a fleet owner needed it. We're not done — and we continue to build based on feedback from the operators who use it every day.
We build FleetHub around a simple idea: software should make a fleet owner's day easier, not harder. These principles keep us honest.
We build for Zimbabwe's specific context — local routes, ZINARA documents, ZWL and USD, and the realities of operating in the current environment. Not a generic international platform adapted to fit.
Every new feature goes through one question: will a fleet owner actually use this? If the answer is no, we don't build it. Simplicity is harder than complexity — and it matters more.
Every feature on the platform came from a real operator with a real problem. We don't build from assumptions. We listen first, then build, then listen again.
We're a growing platform — not a global enterprise. We won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that the software works, we respond when you need us, and we keep improving.
Your fleet data belongs to you. We keep it secure, we don't sell it, and you can access it whenever you need it. Multi-tenant architecture means your data is fully isolated from other operators.
The platform you use today is better than the one we launched with, and worse than the one we're building now. We ship updates regularly and incorporate feedback from active users.
